1. Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal cheese, we cannot accept general returns. Once a product has left our facility and is in transit, the sale is considered final. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh.
2. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the issue and the packaging.
3. Refunds and Replacements
If a claim is approved under our Quality Guarantee, we will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement product at our expense or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
4. Wholesale Returns
B2B partners must report discrepancies or quality issues within 24 hours of receiving a pallet. Wholesale returns are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed Vendor Agreement via Adobe Sign.
