Our Smoked Sulguni takes the classic Georgian cheese and elevates it through a traditional cold-smoking process over alder and fruit wood chips. The result is a golden-amber exterior encasing a supple, melt-in-your-mouth interior. The smoking imparts a deep, aromatic complexity that has made this variety a beloved staple in Georgian cuisine for centuries.
Rich and smoky with caramelized notes on the rind. The interior remains creamy and slightly elastic, balancing the smokiness with a gentle tang and savory depth.
